折叠按集成度高低分类集成电路按集成度高低的不同可分为：

SSI 小规模集成电路(Small Scale Integrated circuits)

MSI 中规模集成电路(Medium Scale Integrated circuits)

LSI 大规模集成电路(Large Scale Integrated circuits)

VLSI 超大规模集成电路(Very Large Scale Integrated circuits)

ULSI 特大规模集成电路(Ultra Large Scale Integrated circuits)

GSI 巨大规模集成电路也被称作极大规模集成电路或超特大规模集成电路(Giga Scale Integration)。

稳压二极管要工作有两个条件：

1、反向加在稳压二极管上的电压要大于稳压管的稳压值。

2、通过稳压管的电流要达到其工作条件（也就是反向电流要足够大，一般至少是几个mA）。
